Windows 10: PC stuck on windows loading screen on boot

Hello, I recently installed more RAM into my pc replaced old RAM so that all modules are the same and installed an updated version of AMD StoreMI. On the restart after installing StoreMI my pc gets stuck on boot at the windows logo with the circling dots. I have tried the automatic start-up repair to no avail after repair get stuck on the windows logo. I also can't reset the pc because there is not enough storage on the boot drive. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Stuck on Windows Loading Screen

i have an old pc . i have installed a graphic card . it working fine when i newly format my pc but untill i shut down & turn power off . after i switch on my pc back it stuck on loading screen , sometimes on bios flash screen ,Sometimes it boot up then my pc freeze .when i removed graphic card it boot up & works fine . this problem is haunting me for months . i don't know which parts in my pc damaged. is it graphic card or motherboard or ram or cpu or hdd . i'm lost here..

An Automatic Repair or Startup Repair can help you resolve your concern. This tool is used when you cannot boot your Windows properly. To run Startup Repair, you can go through
Settings > Update & Security > Recovery > Restart now (Under
Advanced start-up). However, since you cannot enter your Desktop, we suggest you to force fail your computer. To do so, kindly follow the steps below:

• Boot your computer.
• While on the logo screen, do a force shutdown by pressing the Start button.
• Wait until you see "Preparing Automatic Repair" appears. If it doesn't appear, repeat the steps until it do so.
• After the loading screen, you will have a black screen and another loading screen will appear.

By then, it will now diagnose your computer and will do an Automatic Repair.

PC stuck on perpetual loading screen

Hi, I've had my computer for the past 7 months. I had never encountered such issues before. I am currently stuck on the loading screen, the only option I have is to enter UEFI and BIOS, even then, it will put me on a perpetual "preparing automatic repair" loading screen. I am unable to load into my log in page to key in my password. This PC is a prebuilt one from a trustworthy brand, I'm assuming everything was put in place correctly as I had no issues with the PC for 7 months.

I have tried:

Removing all non essential peripheral

Unsuccessful in trying to get PC to start in safe mode

Leaving the "preparing automatic repair" load for 2 hours

Leaving the normal loading screen load for 2 hours

Booting the PC in secure boot from UEFI BIOS screen (leads to the forever automatic repair)

Leaving it powered off overnight
