Windows 10: PC stuttering & crashes. Multiple event viewer errors. Display drivers often stops responding.

Hello there,Seemingly at random, my PC's performance will tank & everything will begin to stutter both visually & sometimes auditorily. These episodes will normally progress into my display driver ceasing to respond, causing the computer to freeze, followed by a temporary black screen as the driver recovers. These episodes will repeat for a few minutes until I either reboot in an attempt to fix it or the computer crashes, saving me the trouble. Most of the time, these crashes are a pretty typical BSOD, but sometimes, the blue screen will take forever to load, almost as if the stutter
