Windows 10: PC Stuttering/Freezing During Gameplay

Hello,Lately my PC has been acting up and begin to stutter will playing games. Today it started to freeze and make my whole PC unresponsive. I have tried updating my GPU driver and checking for corrupt files through the CMD sfc /scannow but the problem still persists. I have seen some reddit post of people with similar issues to mine and the replies had mentioned it being a software issue i.e outdated drivers. I saw a similar post on here with a reply asking to use Latencymon to check for possible issues. I am not familiar with IT lingo and stuff so I will need someone to interpret the data i

PC Stuttering/Freezing During Gameplay

Hi guys,

I'm hoping someone will be able to guide me in the right direction as I've only recently had my PC and I'm not too familiar with troubleshooting it.

My PC has been acting up lately while gaming. What happens is the gameplay stutters a lot and the audio cuts out too. Even on discord this happens. My friends' voices is choppy and they say I sound laggy from their end. I don't believe it's internet related as my download speed is around 450+ MB/s.

Below are the specs:

Motherboard: MSI MPG B550 Gaming Edge WiFi AM4

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X

Memory: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32G DDR4 3600MHz

GPU: MSI Gaming x Trio RTX 3090

Storage: Sabrent Rocket 1TB PCIe 4.0 / Samsung 970 EVO Plus 2TB PCIe 3.0

PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 850 GA

Has anyone had issues with random stutters and found a way to resolve it?
