Windows 10: Pc stuttering irregularly

Hi guys in september 2022 i bought a new pc with these specs:I7 12700K32GB RAM 3200mhznvidia geforce 3070 1tb ssd nvmecorsair rm750 psuand since day 1 i'm having a problem with the pc, it casually start stuttering for like milliseconds and sometimes all the usbs get unplugged, fps drop and i hear like a scratching sound if i'm listening something music, videos on yt, discord vc i've tried to format it many times but nothing changed, i've also tried to change ram to a lower hertz/rate but nothing really changed.The fact is that the pc don't give any error that can be linked to the problem...

FPS drops below 10 every couple of minutes

Very interesting. Our default suggestion list for fighting stutter becomes more interesting.

 

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??

 

Video Stuttering

Not sure what started causing this issue recently but I’ve noticed movies have a frame stutter or refresh rate stutter or like frame drops on the Xbox Series X. It happens when watching movies on Disney Plus, Prime Video and Movies & TV.

I tried all the suggestions listed around the internet. None of them worked. When using the apps on my Smart TV the stutter/frame drop isn’t there. Even when using screen mirror it isn’t.

Just started sometime in March. Only thing that changed was an update in March. I have no idea what’s wrong.
