Windows 10: PC suddenly running slow

I recently bought a new game mk1, and I was super frustrated i couldn't run it. It lagged everywhere. So I did a fresh install of windows, because this usually fixed problems. It did for about a week and my computer ran games gloriously. Yesterday I try to open the game and it's back to pre-reset levels of trash. I want to know the root cause for this?I've already reinstalled my gpu drivers, followed online guides to make stuff faster, etc etc. My friend says its because I pirated a game one time, but I downloaded it from a trusted source. People are going to say not enough ram, but why was

Hi guys, i have some problem on the Performance of Windows my problem is windows sometimes suddenly running slow on opening apps such as preinstalled apps or .exe file can anyone suggest a solution (Please do not suggest `chkdsk` or `sfc`) it doesn't work after running those command Thanks !
