Windows 10: PC system crashing after downloading Word document or PDF

Hi, I have been working at a school, and everything was fine until teachers one by one started to report their PC crashing and seeing the blue screen of death.I tested to see if I could replicate the error on my admin account on affected PC but it seemed fine, however, on staff account the error happens every time, they would download something from google drive, or any website and the blue screen would appear.For one teacher, I started by deleting user profile but that didn't solve the issue for her but it worked on another teacher so I decided to re-image the PC where deleting user profile d

Saving a word document as PDF

Hi, I have created a document in word, but would like to save it in PDF. When I click "save as", there is PDF option in the drop down. I have tried downloading a converter from Google, but it changes my settings when converting. Any suggestions on how
to get it into my drop down options please?

Steps to Convert MS Word Document to PDF Format (Windows & Mac)

Windows:

Change Word Document to PDF via Google Drive

Open Google Drive. If you are not signed in to your Google Account then enter the details for that to continue the process. Now, at the left-hand side of the Google Drive window you will see New with an additional symbol, click on it. After that, select the "File upload" option from the menu, and then select the Word document by navigating to its location. Further, click on the Open button. When the file gets uploaded, open the Word document. Next, click on File, and then hit on the "Download as" option. Lastly, select PDF Document (.pdf) to complete the task.
