Windows 10: PC that was running Windows 11 now doesn't meet Windows 11 requirements?

I have an HP ProDesk 600G6 desktop purchased as a refurbished system that developed numerous issues, possibly due to having the wrong memory speed installed aftermarket. When I purchased the system, it was running Windows 11 Pro. After several attempts to reset the PC, I reinstalled the original memory modules and tried again - no luck. At this point, the system will not boot and is completely unusable. After another try, I got to the point of attempting a clean install of Windows 11 Pro. I purchased a fresh copy of Windows 11 Pro, created the install media on a USB flash drive on anoth

Most computers running Windows 10 can run Windows 11 in a supported or unsupported fashion.

There are multiple methods to bypass the supported requirements.

The computer's Intel CPU (i7-6700HQ) was compared to the Windows 11 Intel supported list.

It was not seen on the list.
