Windows 10: PC turn on/off randomly, no shutdown screen.

My PC turns on and off randomly, it turns off as if the PC was unplugged with no shutdown screen. Sometimes it will turn on and off 4 times in a second and other times it will turn off and not let me turn it back on. Sometimes when I boot it up after if goes haywire it’ll say that the PC loaded Windows incorrectly and that I needed to restart the PC. Has been happening for a month now.

Fast startup is a feature in Windows that helps your computer start faster. You can use the following steps to enable or disable fast startup.

• Type Control Panel in the search box.
• Click Control Panel.
• Click Power Options.
• Click Choose what the power buttons do.
• Click Change settings that are currently unavailable.
• Scroll down to Shutdown settings and uncheck Turn on fast startup.
• Click Save changes."

I turned it off i'll report back if problem still persists. Do you guys have any other ideas as well, just in case this doesn't work..

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??
