    Pc turned off during factory reset


    I accidently turned off my gateway windows laptop during factory reset. Every time I turn it on now it shows a splash screen constantly. My progress is stuck at 64%. I have seen another tech support with the same problem but they suggested "Windows 10 installation" I do not trust that and can not find any valuable information letting me know it will not effect my current working laptop nor erase anything if i download it on my working laptop, since i cannot download it on my nonworking laptop, but to simply f
