  1. PC turns off, black screen, reboots. AMD. Have Event Logs.

    Specs: Dell Inspiron 5675 (5680?) gaming PC | AMD Ryzen 1700x | Rx580 8gb (factory blower style) | 8 GB RAM | 256 gb m.2 and 1tb HDD

I've been dealing with this issue for a couple of months now. The computer just crashes, BSOD, then restarts on it's own.

I'm getting quite a few errors in system logs, at least one critical, although the critical one does not appear to be at the time of the crash.

The one at the time of the crash is always Event ID 18 Whea-Logger.

Around 10 minutes before every crash I usually can find and error in the logs saying the Bluetooth driver stopped working, also a warning that PCIe Family controller is disconnected from network.

What seemed to be a fix, was turning off fast-boot in power options. It was an upvoted solution for 3 people with the same problem, but as at least one other user described, it only worked for about 1-2 weeks. That was the longest I had gone without a crash immediately after disabling fast-boot.

I have already updated my chipset drivers, GPU drivers, flashed the BIOS etc.

I am contemplating re-installing Windows but I have a sneaking suspicion that won't help either. Quite a few users linked this problem to only occur after the Windows founders update or something, and do not believe it is actually hardware failure on so many AMD machines, all very new.

I can provide more system logs, information, whatever. I just need an answer. As many u
