Windows 10: PC turns off unexpectedly

My PC turns off when my PC has a high memory usage or while playing a gameI checked my event viewer and it had slui.exe error. I activated my windows and still does the same thing with a different problem nowone of the errors say:Connectivity state in standby: Disconnected, Reason: NIC complianceand also thisThe computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000116 0xffffcb0127dd2010, 0xfffff80064483ac0, 0xffffffffc000009a, 0x0000000000000004. A dump was

• When you say “It keeps reporting on it's window that I have a problem” do get any error message?
  
• Does the printer turn off when you are attempting to print?
  
• Did this issue started recently? If yes, then what are the recent changes that you have made to the computer
  prior to this issue?

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??
