Windows 10: PC turns on and doesn't show the startup screen, have to turn it off and on again to show.

So I have been having this problem lately where my PC doesn't show any screen after booting up and showing the motherboard screen. I have waited for 5-10 minutes before pressing the power button again not holding it, and then pressing it again once its "sleeping?". And then it shows a windows screen very briefly for what I assume is the going to sleep or shutting down screen. Once I press the button and it turns back on, the starting screen shows up just fine like nothing happened. I have tried updating my drivers and my motherboard, neither fixed the issue. Fast startup is a feature in Windows that helps your computer start faster. You can use the following steps to enable or disable fast startup.

• Type Control Panel in the search box.
• Click Control Panel.
• Click Power Options.
• Click Choose what the power buttons do.
• Click Change settings that are currently unavailable.
• Scroll down to Shutdown settings and uncheck Turn on fast startup.
• Click Save changes."

 

Pc problem, randomly doesn't turn on sometimes.

I turned it off i'll report back if problem still persists. Do you guys have any other ideas as well, just in case this doesn't work..
