Windows 10: PC turns on, display and keyboard/mouse shut off after logging in.

I've had a bad PC issue for weeks. I was just playing a game on my PC Xcom 2 and my entire PC shut itself off. Problem is that when I turned it back on, the PC powered on, all the fans were spinning, the lights were on, but nothing showed up on the display and my keyboard and mous

Is it possible to use keyboard/mouse to turn pc on ?

"If" you can get into the PC's BIOS and "if" your BIOS supports it, there's an option to power the PC on by mouse or keyboard...




However, I'm unable to verify if a wireless mouse or keyboard would work because it seems this option is no longer listed in my recent BIOS update so I can't test it. FYI, the image above is from different BIOS posted online.

What is your beep code? These are the codes listed by Asus for your board.

I appreciate the troubleshooting steps you have tried to resolve the issue.

Please answer this question to assist you better.

• Is the issue in Local account or Microsoft Account?
• Are you able to use Mouse?

I would suggest you to restart your computer and check for Num lock
key on the keyboard; It should be turned on. Also press Windows key + space bar
and check for language changes.

If you are able to use Mouse then click on Easy of access
button on the lock screen and choose onscreen keyboard and try to enter the password. Do let us know if you are able to log into PC. Thank you.
