Windows 10: PC under 2019 domain controller change the time by svchost.

hello I have a domain controller Windows 2019. This domain is in Egypt, and as you know, the daylight feature has been activated this year. I updated the domain so that the time zone can be changed without changing the region to Riyadh or Kuwait There are several Windows 10 devices under this domain, but without the update that is responsible for updating Time Zone because those PC is old. This update depends on other updates that will make the pcs too slow, so we create a policy group was created to clone the registry files that are responsible for updating Egypt Time Zone and Dynamic D

Windows Domain controller 2003 to 2019

Hello Community Members,

I have a small office wherein I have a router and three lan switches (10.0.0.0/24) with 2 bare metal servers running VMs of WIN2003 domain controller and WIN2019 domain controller in separate bare metal servers. When I installed the WIN2019 in the same domain,
the AD got replicate in 2019 from 2003. Is this a normal behavior? I have the router as a DHCP server and WIN2003 as DNS, Users are experiencing connection time out to a file server in the same domain.. DHCP in router and DNS in WINDC could cause a connection
timeout for users? All that I could find is server IP is getting resolved to different hostname in nslookup from the user PC. Could you please clarify this.

Convert Domain controller 2008 R2 to windows server 2019

Currently, our Domain Controller Running in Windows Server 2008 R2. and domain functions level is 2003, now we want to convert our domain
controller in windows server 2019. is this possible?
