  1. PC Upgraded, don't have the old system

So I upgraded my RAM, CPU and motherboard and now my windows 10 is no longer deemed activated and I don't have access to the old system. Is there anything I can do to get windows 10 back without having to spend £110? Just spent all of my money on the system upgrade.

Edit: I have fixed the issue, It appears as though in trouble shooting settings there is an option "I have changed hardware" going into that seems to give the option the reactivate

Thanks, have heard this before...is their a step by step procedure to OC using the bios settings you suggest.
i don’t intend pushing this to its limit...but some increase would be great, any suggestions on a good air cooler ?

    thanks

  4. PC Upgraded, don't have the old system

    PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval
    • Install system in case
      • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
    • Turn on PC
    • setup HDD
    • run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
      • run realtemp at the same time
    • While in Prime95 test
      • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
      • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
      • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!
    What do you guys think??
