Windows 10: PC very slow...…Running cleaning procedure that maybe ??? detrimental to the speed of my device

Hi,I have the habit to "clean" my PC by running CCleaner, Local Disk C Properties>Disk Cleanup and Check Scan Drive:~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~My PC works very slow. While running in parallel the Avast Free Antivirus, I found the message bellow:Is there any direct connection between the cleaning process and the slowing process of my PC shown in the last picture?...….Thank you.

W10 Hardware and Device scanner (Slow PC Speeds & Fiber Speeds)

Lets begin with my issue. I have 32G Ram running off a new install of W10 on an SSD drive and my PC is super fast and super clean. I use Kaspersky and Malwarebytes religiously. I have google fiber and my DL Speeds are 950Mbps. A month or so ago i was trying
to run a MeMu Emulator and all of a sudden my DL speeds went to 200DL and when i opened a second my speeds went to 50Mbps. I will also add that my PC seemed to be very LAGGY. My CPU % was 10% maybe but it seemed to take for ever to open outlook or word.
I Ran all the scans and my MC was clean. (ALSO IM NEW TO W10 from W7) I ran the Hardware and device scanner and it made changes and fixed them on a reboot. After the rebooti was able to run 4 Emmulatorsand work on my PC with out any issues. My DL speeds
stayed at 600Mbps and my CPU Usage was maybe 80% which i can live with.

My Current Issue

A Week ago it started to act up as previously decribedabove. the first time i ran the H&D Scanner it said no issues were found so i ran Kaspersky and Malware bytes and they were clean. Did a reboot and ran the H&D scanner and it found errors, made the changes
and said to reboot. (I HAD A BIG SMILE ON FACE) After the reboot same issue. Ran the scanner again and it said made changes and needs reboot. (Not As Big Of a Smile)After the reboot nothing had changed.

I have tried running with Kaspersky off and no changes. I believe what ever update just happened just didntgo well with my PC. I added a device scanner to update all drivers and there were 11 fixes but it hasnt fixed my current problem. I have spoken
with Google Fiber and made some tweeks to some setting but still if i open anything my DL Speeds strat to go down and pc runs slow. I hope someone out there can assit me in getting this resolved. I thank you in advance.

What all troubleshooting steps have you performed?

As an initial troubleshooting step, I would request you to execute the System Maintenance troubleshooter and check if there is any improvement in the speed of laptop.

To perform common maintenance tasks in Windows, such as cleaning up unused files and shortcuts, try using the System Maintenance troubleshooter to automatically find and fix problems. For example, the System Maintenance troubleshooter looks for unused files
and shortcuts that you can clean up or remove so that your computer can run faster.

Please follow the steps to run System Maintenance troubleshooter
on the computer:

• 
  Type “Control Panel” on the search box.
  
• 
  Click on Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  Click on View all option on the left side of the Windows.
  
• 
  Click on System Maintenance option.
  
• 
  Click on Next and follow the onscreen instructions to troubleshoot the issue.
  

Please revert if you face any issues with slow speed of laptop.

Slow Internet Download Speed from Browser/s but not from App.

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Community.

I understand the difficulty you are facing with this internet speed issue on the browser. We will certainly help you with this issue.

• Do you have add-ons installed on the browser?
  

Let us try these steps to check if that helps.

Step 1: Suggest you to run the apps troubleshooter on the PC to
fix problems with the Edge browser.

You may also want to clear the temporary files on the PC to check if that helps.

1. Press Windows key + R to get the run window.
   
2. Type %temp% and hit enter.
   
3. Select all the files in that temp folder and delete them.
   

Once this is done, restart the computer and open Edge browser to test the internet speed.

Step: 2: Further, you may also put the PC in a
clean boot state to check if that helps. A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs, so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your PC activity.

Note: Your computer may temporarily lose some functionality while in a clean boot environment, however, that functionality will return when you reset the computer to start normally after you have finished your troubleshooting.
