PC video card downgrades after some time for no reason.

I have a problem with my PC suddenly losing tons. of performance without any valid reason. I tried reinstalling Windows 10, upgrading to Windows 11 and back, but after a couple of days, even the most low-performance games don't get higher than 10 fps I have AMD Ryzen 5 2600x Six-Core Processor 3.6 Ghz and a 16GB RAM. Another thing I've noticed is that some games that my PC used to run effortlessly, now prompt:"A D3D11-compatible GPU Feature Level 11, Shader Model 5 is required to run the engine"Additionally, each time this performance downgrade happened, the Sleep Mode option disappears.I

  2. Video on CSN Chicago

    Hi Dennis,

It is possible that the video resolution is high that's why your graphics card driver is having a hard time playing the video. We suggest updating the latest graphics card driver of your PC.

To update your graphics card driver, follow these steps:

    • Click on Windows logo.
    • Type Device Manager then Click it from the list that appears.
    • Look for Display adapters category, right click on it and choose Update Driver.
    • Select Search automatically for updated driver software.
    • If it fails, go to the manufacturer's website and follow their detailed instructions.

Keep us in the loop with the result.

Can't get Youtube to show videos in Chrome

I haven't gotteen to this suggestion yet - but, I've shut down half my Extensions and, now, I get the voice of the Youtube videos - but still not the video. Thought this clue might help.
