Windows 10: Pc will not fully shutdown after installing new GPU

Discus and support Pc will not fully shutdown after installing new GPU in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I have just upgraded my GPU from a rtx 3060 TI to a rtx 5070 TI and now whenever I try to turn my pc off or put it to sleep my motherboard lights, case...     Pc will not fully shutdown after installing new GPU


    I have just upgraded my GPU from a rtx 3060 TI to a rtx 5070 TI and now whenever I try to turn my pc off or put it to sleep my motherboard lights, case power button light and fans stay on. My monitor say there is no display port output and my keyboard and mouse turn off. I have updated my gpu drivers, bios, chipset and checked over power plan settings fast boot is off. I have done a memory test and no issues where detected. PC specs:mobo: Aorus B550i pro axcpu: r7 5800xpsu: 750 watt ram: 32GB 3600mhz ddr4ssd: nvme 1TBgpu: 3060ti to a 5070ti
