    PC will not sleep. Screen sleeps at 10 min and pc should at 15 min.


    Win10 x64 ver 2004. A suggestion to run from Cmd powercfg -requests gives an Execution process of MoUsoCoreWorker.exe in HarddiskVolume2\Windows\System32\ Is this the cause? How can this problem be fixed ?- Choosing Sleep from the Start works fine.

    This happens with no user programs open, but background programs such as NortonLife installed.

    My PC keeps falling in and out of sleep every 4 mins - why?????

    I am fully up to date with window 10 updates

    Over the last 2- 3 days I have noticed that my PC goes to sleep for 4 mins, then wakes up for 1 min and then goes back to sleep for 4 mins and this cycles throughout the day and night.

    I have absolutely no idea why this should be the case but it is really pixxing me off.

    any help would appreciated

    Sleep PC issue

    After few minutes of inactivity my screen turns off, and as soon as the screen turns off it immediately goes to sleep mode whereas in my Power and Sleep setting I have set that my PC goes to sleep after 15 mins of inactivity.
