Windows 10: PC Windows 11 Freezing on Start, even after swap

Hi, my PC crashed while i was working on a 3D project, and I got 3 beeps, and noticed that my RAM broke, After the swap with new RAM the PC was starting but at some point while loading It started freezing some time restarting automatically, I quickly tried to use commands such as SFC, and DIMS, DIMS was not working eror 87. I changed my gpu, my RAM again, my motherboard, I tried to remove pheripericals hdd, SSD, keyboard and mouse and nothing Is working. I've also tried to reset bios but nothing worked. I got an USB with Windows 11 install, I formatted my main SSD for Windows installa

Windows 11 freezes while booting

Hello, I have a problem with my windows 11.

Sometimes my PC will freeze while boot, it only freezes if I:

• Turn on the PC
  
• Reset PC
  
• Reboot / Restart PC
  
• Restart for update
  
• Enter advance / Recovery mode
  

and how can I solve this problem because I'm resetting this PC. if this problem occurs during the process of course it will be damaged, as well as while updating windows.

Is there any solution for this issue?, i Will appreciate your suggestion.

Constant freeze up on Vista Ultimate X64

Every time I started running my windows media player 11, the system freezes up. It used to run well. I don't know what is wrong with it. Does any of you have suggestions? Thanks!!!!!

 

Windows boots to the desktop then freezes

Yeah...I went to google and got the F8...lol*Stick Out Tongue ....thxxx

It boots up in safe mode and seems to work fine. Now I just need to figure out what's causing windows to freeze up befor it fully loads in normal start up operation.

Any suggestions where I might start ?
