Windows 10: pc withwin 10 will nor go into sleep mode

The computer enters sleep mode and immediately exits it. It's like this all the time, even if I activate sleep mode manually, after a few seconds it comes out of sleep mode. And so it turns out that the computer actually works 24/7

Windows 10 PC will not go into sleep mode

My new Windows 10 pc set to go into sleep mode after 2 hours and it doesn't happen - I can put into sleep mode manually but often it comes out of sleep by itself. I have tried all of the suggestions and have had no luck.
