Windows 10: PC won't allow windows 11 even after TPM 2.0 enabled

I just turned on TPM 2.0 on my PC, however, it still won't allow me to install Windows 11.The weirdest part is that it says on the integrity app that it is supposed to...also, idk if it has any impact, but I used to have windows 11 installed on this PC, however I reseted it to re-install windows 10, and now I want to get back on windows 11 as it is now betterI also have +100 GB of free space in my SSDConfig: CPU: Ryzen 7 3800X 8coreRam: 32 GBGPU: RTX 360 ti^ Here it says that the PC is supposed to support Windows 11^ However in the settings app it doesn't have the minumum requierments and wo

TPM not usable, cannot install Windows 11

My machine is not able to be upgraded to Windows 11. Here is what my system info says:

I got into the BIOS and it says that it is enabled, but no device found.
