Windows 10: PC Won't Boot After Windows Update Failure

Hello, my computer is Windows 11 and power was lost somewhere mid update. And now the computer will not get passed the POST, it gets stuck on VGA. It clears CPU and RAM. I'm not quite sure what to do, I've reset the CMOS battery using the buttons on the motherboard and also taking the battery out for a couple minutes as well. Power cycling didn't work. I have also tried using the GPU on a different PC and it works fine. I tried different DP and HDMI ports. I do not get any signal on my screen. The motherboard is a Z790 Aorus Elite AX. I have also had this computer for about a year now.

Sabertooth 990fx won't boot to windows logo, it shuts down

to boot and enter bios and load windows, any todays PSU (with the correct plugs) will work, AFAIK

to enter BIOS only low wattage is used.
Then, during boot, the HDD and a bit later the videocard card start to demand juice, then the other devices and periphericals... so the total demand during boot up is incrementing step by step, that's why a failure halfway could indicate a PSU problem....

 

My pc won´t boot Windows 10 from USB/DVD

So I wanted to change from my Windows 10 x32 bits to 64x. I downloaded the Mediacreationtool and used it in both a USB and a DVD. Tried used the usb, the disk and both at the same time but they won´t boot.

I have a P7H55-M motherboard, the BIOS is updated and configured to boot first DVD, second usb and third SATA.

So if someone could help me it´d be great.

I`ve been trying to solve this problem for 3 months to no avail.

PLEASE HELP!!!

EVERY time the computer check new updates, the following message appears:

We couldn't connect to the update service. We'll try again later, or you can check now. If it still doesn't work, make sure you're connected to the Internet.

My PC is connected to the internet, so this could not be the problem.

you`ve only directed me to a window link, which I don`T really understand.

Could ANYONE PLEASE send me a simple answer how I can solve this problem step by step???????
