    PC won't boot and files in the OneDrive folder weren't backing up. So I plugged in hard...


    PC won't boot and the files inside the OneDrive folder weren't backing up/syncing. Files needed are not on the OneDrive online server So I plugged the hard drive into a working PC to backup/extract the files but they're protected from copying. What do I do? Assuming all steps have already been taken for trying to get Windows to be repaired on the original drive already.
