Windows 10: PC won't boot anymore after upgrade to september 2020 upgrade

I had my pc upgraded to the september 2020 version of the insider build and could log on without any problems.

I started testing various applications I use regularly and had my first issue with the Bluestacks Android emulator.

First time I ran it windows went collecting diagnostic data up til 35% before it rebooted.

Second time I could again logon with no issues at all, until I started Bluestacks again. Again the collection of diagnostic data began, but not til the end.

The third and last time I think it got to 100% before rebooting into the "Automatic Repair" screen.


I tried first just restarting, no avail. Then I tried Advanced Options - Troubleshoot - Advanced options

- Startup repair

then

- Reset your PC - No preservation of data - install by download.

The pc starts preparing, reboots into "Diagnosing your PC" to return again to the "Automatic Repair" screen


Now i'm trying

- Uninstall lastest quality update

but there seems to be a lot to uninstall.


Any advice is welcome.


Note, I'll reset anyway once up and running, to continue with a completely clean setup. No data will be lost.

Can`t Upgrade 32-bit to 64-bit Windows 10

I tried upgrading my notebook/tablet pc from 32-bit to 64-bit windows 10. But it won`t boot from my usb. I checked if its compatible and followed the steps, but I didn`t get the windows "install now" option.

 

My GTX 980ti won`t let me upgrade to Windows 10?

Still says my Nvidia GTX 980Ti won`t work with Windows 10, so I can`t upgrade!!

 

Windows Update September 2020

Updated PC with the latest Windows 10 September 2020 update - the update loaded and then changed to uninstalling the update indicating there was a problem. The PC has crashed and attempts to boot are unsuccessful.
