Windows 10: PC won't boot into either bios or windows, or secure mode unless i've been doing it wrong

PC won't boot to either windows nor BIOS after trying to turn secure boot on after updating bios to F40b, the screen is black, the keyboard doesn't light up, monitor doesn't pick up any connection from PC, goes into standby mode, i unplugged and plugged everything including the power supply, also changed cmos battery, the only thing that happens after pressing the power button is that the fans start spinning and glowingin more detail, after disabling CMS and putting secure boot on 'enable' but it still was 'not active' i was assigning a key to it like my bios told me to, clicked save+exit, but

Here is a statement from a Kernal Developer at Red Hat:

I'm not sure this exploits the legacy BIOS but rather it exploits the legacy boot method on MBR drives, injecting a signed key before the OS boots, which you are correct in that it has nothing to do with Windows 8. And the simplest fix would just be to require boot drives use GPT when Secure Boot is enabled in UEFI.

So Linux is switching to secure boot also? Or they have to because of UEFI?

 

Windows always boot to recovery unless i select boot device from BIOS

Thanks, As you and SIW2 have suggested i have tried setting legacy boot from safe mode from both power shell and CMD, but when i try to boot it normally by pressing power button it still boots to new boot ui. It does show legacy boot menu but only if go into bios and select boot device from there, and when i select either windows 10 or windows 10 safe mode, it boots into it normally. like it was doing before. No error message or nothing. So we are back to step one here, where it only boot normally if i select boot device manually from bios.
