Windows 10: Pc wont boot to windows set up turned on for the first time

I have the thumbstick with the installation media for windows 10 and it won't boot into it.Whenever I save it to my boot option and save changes and reboot it doesn't reboot and it just shuts off and I have to turn off my power supply and turn it back on to get it on again

PC shut down, wont turn back on

The fan twitch is it powering up and then the psu is noteing a short and cutting out hence why it wont do it again straight after until it's reset, something is blown or shorted out so you need to do as someone suggested and split the pc out then, on a table build the minimum up as he said and step by step see what's happening.

 

My pc will only turn onto the bios settings

PC wont boot up (No POST, No Video)

I recently installed a new Asus M5A99X Evo r2.0. The motherboard green LED lights up and the case and cpu fans spin. But there is no video when its hooked up to my monitor.

Steps that i have tried:
"No POST", "system won't boot", and "no video output" troubleshooting checklist

Made sure all connections are properly connected.

Flashing the CMOS

Tested the PSU

Followed all steps in the user manual
