Windows 10: PC Won't Detect Bluetooth Printer

I just got a Canon Pixma MG3620. Fresh out of the box, all set up and Windows 10 won't detect it. Bluetooth is turned on in Windows and on the printer. It doesn't give me the 3620 but instead gives me 3 HP printers I don't own. I need this to print something immediately and it doesn't even work. The troubleshooter says nothing is wrong of course and I need this to work right now.EDIT: Connected a USB cable. Now it's connected to the PC but still won't print. It just sits there. BLUETOOTH MOUSE WON T MOOVE. WHY?

I have a Microsoft Bluetooth Mouse 5000 that works only (right and left click works properly) but it won t moove. please help me and answer me as soon as possible.

his printer has a built-in print server.

What you need to know what ip is being give to the printer. Perhaps you can print a status sheet from the printer.

Then Go to printers in control panel

add a new printer

local printer attached, uncheck automatically detect and install PnP printer

create a new port, select standard tcp/ip port

a new window should open and enter the ip there where it says printer name or IP address (port name then should be also be filled as you go)

and pretty much follow the rest of the steps, you will need to install the printer drivers.


These steps is the easy, but not the right way.

The right way is to use the network option on the initial screw and search for the printer server...but that can be tricky to configure.

 

N97 Bluetooth disappeared, won´t start again

Today without any reason the Bluetooth disappeared, and it won´t start anymore from the connections menu. Any clue where to start looking. Software V20, and no new update available.
