Windows 10: PC wont go into BIOS after I turn off CMS Support in BIOS

CPU; Intel i3-9100FGPU: GTX 1060 3GMOBO: Gigabyte H310M H 2.0I've been trying to fix this issue of enabling secure boot ever since last night and it keeps giving me nothing. My SSD boot is a GPT drive so it's off the problems, Intel PTT is on and working, I just need to enable TPM 2.0 secure boot by disabling CMS, However, every time I disable CMS in my BIOS and reset it, I end up not being able to go into BIOS it just skips the bios POST screen ??? and gives me 5 beeps before going back into windows 11, I ended up removing the CMOS battery to reset my BIOS and I don't plan to do this again.

• First, Update all the drivers. www.dell.com/support/drivers
• Turn on Automatic Updates on Windows and update your computer.
• Download Microsoft Fix It and check for errors.

• If the above 3 methods does not fix the issue; Then Download the Bios Application from the Dell Website stated above and flash(install) your Computer to the downloaded version.
