Windows 10: PC won’t install Microsoft

Just completed a new build pc, everything was working perfectly until I tried to install windows. I followed a YouTube tutorial where they transfer windows onto a usb stick and then insert into the new pc to download. When I did this I got the blue screen “ of death “ is whatever it’s called. I couldn’t figure out the problem so I took it to a pc specialist who said that the hard drive was the problem. I then contacted the provider of the hard drive and returned the item. They took it for testing and said they were able to install windows using the hard drive with no issues at all, so the hard

my n97 won t charge or connect

when i put a usb on my n97 it won t charge when i put on the computer it won t say nokia pc suite or else it not reading the usb cannot work on my phone plz hel
