Windows 10: PC won't load into windows.

Hi I am experiencing an issue with a freshly built pc.I have installed windows 10 via the installation media. I have installed all updates.Whenever I turn the system off/ am required to restart, I cannot get past the motherboard screen that takes you to bios.19/20 times it's as far as I get and I cannot get into windows at all.I have cleared CMOS.I have attempted start up repair to which it said nothing was wrong.I have resinstalled windows.The only times I have been able to get into windows is if I repeatedly press the delete key for 10-15 seconds which bypasses bios and then takes me to wi

my n97 won t charge or connect

when i put a usb on my n97 it won t charge when i put on the computer it won t say nokia pc suite or else it not reading the usb cannot work on my phone plz hel

 

Windows 10 won´t start any program as Administrator

Hello. I´m having this issue since installed one of the latest Windows 10 system updates.

When I try to open any program that requires Administrator confirmation (that screen with the Yes/No question), this dialog won´t appear anymore. The screen background stays darkened and nothing happens.

1. Using Windows 10 Home (x64)
2. My microsoft user account is properly checked
3. I´m the administrator of the PC
4. Already tried do create another administrator user account - same problem, no success
5. Cannot start any program/service that requires administrator authorization (not even regedit)

Please help!
