Windows 10: PC won't open anything after Windows 11 update restart

Hello, I just custom built my pc and after installing windows 11 home I was prompted more updates, and so I did them and was asked for a restart. However, after I restarted my pc, I can't open anything on it. Not settings, not chrome, not task manager; I can only open file directory and navigate through it. So I tried reinstalling windows through opening setup.exe on my installation drive and that does not open either. Any idea of what I can do?

Windows won`t open an program when using Microsoft user

Windows won`t open an program when I try to open it with Microsoft account user, but when I login with local account, that program opens. I have tried with 2 Microsoft accounts, 1 admin and 1 normal user, and it won`t open in either one of them. What can cause this?

Windows updates won't install!

I had the same problem when i repaired my O/S, i forgot the steps on how to fixed it, but it is in the microsoft support forum.

You have to reinstall the windows updater, then restart the updating service.
