Windows 10: PC Wont Post After Storm

My nephew gave me his PC because it quit working after a storm. He bought a new one and didn't have a use for the old one.Motherboard: Asus Prime B450 ACPU: Ryzen 5 5500 No iGPURAM: Adata ddr4 8gGPU: XFX RX-580P4LPSU: EVEA 450BVI get lights and fans on startup but no post. I have literally swapped the mb, ram, CPU, GPU older but assumed still good, and PSU with known working components and still no post. PC wont boot up (No POST, No Video)

I recently installed a new Asus M5A99X Evo r2.0. The motherboard green LED lights up and the case and cpu fans spin. But there is no video when its hooked up to my monitor.

Steps that i have tried:
"No POST", "system won't boot", and "no video output" troubleshooting checklist

Made sure all connections are properly connected.

Flashing the CMOS

Tested the PSU

Followed all steps in the user manual

If there are any links that you guys can point me to or suggestions that could help it would be highly appreciated. Thank you

 

PC wont post!

PC wont post for anything, i even removed my video cards just to see if it would beep at me, wont even do that. I was messing around online when my pc started running slow, i restarted the pc and it never recovered. it wont do anything, what am i supposed to do?

 

BSOD playing H1Z1 and Heroes of the Storm


The pc specs:

• CPU: i5 6600K
• MB: Asus Maximus VIII Hero
• RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 2666MHz 16GB (2x8GB)
• GPU: Asus GTX 780 Ti

Done no overclocking

H1Z1 reboots my pc as soon as I join a server. Heroes of the Storm I can play for minutes or hours before getting a reboot. In both cases I'm not always getting a .dmp file.
