Windows 10: PC won't restart

Discus and support PC won't restart in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; Everytime I click restart the monitor doesn't connect to anything but the lights on my pc stay on.     PC won't restart


    Everytime I click restart the monitor doesn't connect to anything but the lights on my pc stay on. However my exhaust fan lights and fan itself fully turn off. Any ideas on how to fix this?
