Windows 10: PC won't restart

Discus and support PC won't restart in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; Everytime I click restart the monitor doesn't connect to anything but the lights on my pc stay on.     PC won't restart


    Everytime I click restart the monitor doesn't connect to anything but the lights on my pc stay on. However my exhaust fan lights and fan itself fully turn off. Any ideas on how to fix this?

    after latest update my phone lost his network and won t work...several times restart by himself...also wi-fi tile won t work

    my n97 won t charge or connect

    when i put a usb on my n97 it won t charge when i put on the computer it won t say nokia pc suite or else it not reading the usb cannot work on my phone plz hel
