    Pc won’t show Wifi networks


    When I open the WiFi menu in the bottom right of my screen it says “No WiFi networks found” but all my other devices laptop, phone and ipad connect no problem. Also when I turn my mobile hotspot on it shows up and connects. I tried using a ethernet cable and it works fine. For ethernet I use the motherboard lan port and for wifi i use the Tp-link TL-WN881ND pcie network adapter, with the drivers that came in the box. Also I have built my computer myself and the wifi card has worked for over a year.

    OS: windows 10 home 64bit


    Any help would be appreciated.

    Wifi Networks not showing

    On my Laptop if I wanted to change the wifi connection I would always see a list of the available networks when I selected the Wifi icon on the task bar.
    Since the last major update to Windows 10 I find that when I select the wifi icon I only see the current connection

    To see other networks within range I have to open the 'Network settings' and choose 'Show available networks' - then they show up.

    Does anyone have any explanation for this - or possibly a 'fix' to show them all from the taskbar again.

    My PC is not listed in Network

    Hi again

    After a couple restarts on the HT-PC it shows up in the Network list but still same problem and error message

    Problem found
    The remote device or resource won´t accept the connection

    "The divice or resource (HT-PC) is not set up to accept connections om port "The File and printer sharing (SMB)".

    And same info with ipconfig
