Windows 10: PC won't shut down all the way after new parts

    PC won't shut down all the way after new parts


    I have recently upgraded all of my parts except my PSU, when I shut down through windows I see everything turning off initially my display, keyboard and mouse but the fans will not turn off and neither will the power light unless I manually press down the power button. The thing that worries me the most is the first night this happened both of my screens had glitched out to where they were both filled with small rectangles of different colors then the second night that it happened, the rectangles only filled the right side of both screens picture in attachmentParts list: Cpu:Ryzen 5 4500Ra

    pc won`t update

    I`ve been trying to solve this problem for 3 months to no avail.

    PLEASE HELP!!!

    EVERY time the computer check new updates, the following message appears:

    We couldn't connect to the update service. We'll try again later, or you can check now. If it still doesn't work, make sure you're connected to the Internet.

    My PC is connected to the internet, so this could not be the problem.

    you`ve only directed me to a window link, which I don`T really understand.

    Could ANYONE PLEASE send me a simple answer how I can solve this problem step by step???????
