Windows 10: PC won't shut down nor restart

    PC won't shut down nor restart


    Hi,From time to time my PC shows "freezing behavior": suddenly programs don't run e,g opening Edge goes as far as a blank screen, the task manager cannot be closed properly and worse, the PV won't shutdown nor restart, the only thing I can do is shutting down by pressing and holding the power button. This does not happen all the time, for a while all is okay, then at a sudden the problem is there again.What may be the cause, and what should I do?Thank you.

    Random shut down and restart??

    Computer: Intel (R) Pentium (R) Dual cpu
    E220@2.406hz
    2.42 GHZ, 2.00 GB of RAM
    Windows xp

    Ever since I replaced the fan (with heat sink) the computer has randomly shut down and then restarted, at first during streaming, and now, will shut down and restart anytime. I tried to replace the graphics card to no avail. *Confused PC won't shut down nor restart :confused:*Mad PC won't shut down nor restart :mad:

    One suggestion was to replace the RAM.

    Any suggestions on how to repair my computer?

    my n97 won t charge or connect

    when i put a usb on my n97 it won t charge when i put on the computer it won t say nokia pc suite or else it not reading the usb cannot work on my phone plz hel
