Windows 10: PC wont shutdown or sleep

After I reinstalled windows it wont shutdown or sleep, only monitor turns off but power supply and everything else remains on and I have to shut it down by holding power button. I updated my drivers and windows and tried to disable fast startup but that doesnt work.I ran powercfg /energy in cmd and i got around 12 errors, 8 from USB devices:

i have an asus x550lc which i recently upgraded to windows 10 x64. My pc is having a serious problem. it wont shutdown or sleep or restart properly. Sometimes it works all fine but most of the time after i shutdown or sleep the pc... the pc will turn off the screen and the power button's light is on!! PLEASE healp me out!!*Sad

Hey guys. I hope someone here can help me with my current problem on my desktop. Whenever I try to shutdown my computer the montior shuts off and my drives stops after a few seconds, but my fans and LEDs keeps running.
I've tried to do all the suggestions from My Laptop wont shutdown , sleep and restart!! and from Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly - Forums - CNET

As of now, the only way I can shutdown my computer is by holding the powerbutton after I hear my drives have stopped or by using the switch on the powersupply.
