    Pc won't start after i changed RAM speed in bios.


    I changed my ram speed from 2666mhz to 3200mhz after getting my new ram Corsair vengeance 2x 8gb ddr4 3200mhz.After the update i tried to start my pc, but the screen doesn't turn on/no signal, keyboard and mouse don't light up and work. Only fans and motherboard leds work. I tried removing the CMOS battery, but it didn't work. What should i do??

    PC won't start

    Went to start pc and get the beep. One beep, pause and then repeats. Reseated the RAM and it was working last night.
    Ideas, helpful suggestions or cures would be greatly appreciated,

    Ram Speeds

    Hi dhruvk1

    The Specs for that laptop list your RAM clock speed at 2400Mhz, even if you do but 2666Mhz RAM, the system will match the speed of the ram Sticks to the lower of the two automatically . . .
