Windows 10: PC wont update

I got on today and my pc was super slow so i was checking for driver updates, windows updates, and things of the like. i updated my drivers but it wouldnt let me update my pc. https://imgur.com/a/m0zYWxY on top of my pc not being able to update, sfc doesnt work and dism rarely works. it takes like 15 minutes for the dism to start doing its thing but sfc never starts, i downloaded sfcfix and it said there were no corruptions either. I even tried just resetting my pc so it was practically brand new and it said that the media creation tool wasn't available for my pc. I tried the upgrade opti

PC shut down, wont turn back on

The fan twitch is it powering up and then the psu is noteing a short and cutting out hence why it wont do it again straight after until it's reset, something is blown or shorted out so you need to do as someone suggested and split the pc out then, on a table build the minimum up as he said and step by step see what's happening.

 

Insurgency wont install and run for me....

I have played and have fully updated CS and Half life 2....
I am using the newest client and installed the SDK.

I am completely blown away, if i click the desktop icon it starts the sdk and then closes, and it doesn't show up in my game list...

First mod attempt install here, followed the directions step by step on the mods website...

Any ideas?

If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage
