Windows 10: PC worked fine earlier today but now crashing

So my girlfriend's PC was working just fine earlier and she tried booting it recently and as far as I know it wont boot and it even apparently crashed in BIOS, she said there was no visual output, so it could possibly just be the HDMI cable. That's about all the info I have as of right now, I'll provide updates if I get any more information.

As the above steps doesn't work, I suggest you to try the below and check.

I suggest you to restore the system to the previous point where PC was working normally. To do so kindly follow the below given steps:

  Press Windows + I key and click on Update and security.

  Click on Recovery, and click on
  Restart under Advance startup.
  
• 
  In the Windows Recovery Environment, on the Choose an option screen, click
  'Troubleshoot'.
  
• 
  Click, Advanced Options and then click on
  System Restore.
  
• 
  Follow the onscreen suggestion to restore your PC to earlier point.

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?
