Windows 10: PC works fine, but black screen

Basically, the pc works very good but i get black screen and i cant see anything, this problem occured after i was trying to fix the using my igpu gives me black screen even in bios and while trying to fix, i tried to use driver booster to update my drivers but instead it deleted my amd gpu files and now all i get is black screen, please help, im not sure if i choosed the right topic, so excuse me

Black Dots appears on screen

The thread which u provided is when windows hang but in my case it doesn't hang it works fine but as u see in first picture icons,taskbar are displayed
