System specification for Windows 10 will be the same as Windows 7 and Windows 8.1. I suggest you to update the drivers from your computer manufacturer website and check if it resolves the issue.



You can also run SFC san and check if there are any corrupted system files causing the issue.

Run SFC Scan

I suggest you to run SFC Scan and check if it resolves the issue.
