  1. PcaSvc Program Compatibility Assistant Service using 25% of CPU and 300MB+ of Ram

This service is killing my performance, raising the temperature of my machine and using "Very High" power usage. If I try to stop it I get a message that Windows will become unstable. How can I fix this so I can run applications instead of just this service?

    :)

PcaSvc Program Compatibility Assistant Service using 25% of CPU and 300MB+ of Ram

    Program Compatibility Assistant

Program Compatibility Assistant gives me continuous alerts that "an app can't run on this device" but the alert doesn't say which app and all the apps I'm using are running fine. I've tried everything suggested in these forums to turn off this bothersome notification without success. Is there a way to determine which app is causing the alert?
