Windows 10: PCI Bus Location keeps changing upon reboot

Am trying to troubleshoot for a customer...Below is the following issue:Everything was working fine when he was doing it on a Windows XP laptop, after upgrading to Windows 7, this issue arises

Hi. After an update, Pci Bus keeps telling me to restart. How do I fix this?

Your computer needs to be restarted In order in order to finish setting up device: Pci Bus

I spent 90 minutes with a Microsoft tech without result

I saw your advice and here is what happened

I did not see the PCI Bus Controller ! anywhere but I did see the PCI Bus, so I followed that along

I changed that Properties to Hardware ID's

I copied the longer code at the top, but did not follow the paste part to the string in the next post at all

However, upon rebooting the computer the restart request has disappeared

I assume all is well, if not, please let me know what else I should be doing
