Windows 10: PCI Device, PCI Simple Communications Controller, SM Bus Controller device drivers are not...

I have recently upgraded my HP 350 G2 laptop by installing a new Kingston 250GB SSD as the boot drive. Upon the initial boot, I proceeded to install Windows 10 Pro 22H2 v.10.0.19045 build. However, upon checking the Device Manager, I noticed that under the 'Other Devices' tab, the PCI Device, PCI Simple Communications Controller, and SM Bus Controller were not recognized, indicated by a yellow exclamation mark. Despite my attempts to update and uninstall these controllers 3, the issue persists with no resolution. I don't know where to find these drivers. I don't know if these

I recently built a pc and the pci and sm bus controller drivers are missing

 

Windows 10 PCI and SM Bus Controller drivers.

I recently bought a new desktop, and everything's been running fine, except I noticed this issue:

Upon going into my devices and printers, there's a little troubleshooting triangle next to my desktop's symbol, so I troubleshooted it, told me PCI and SM Bus Controller had no drivers. And I can't seem to find out where/how to download these drivers and
neither can my computer.

Running Windows 10 with a Nvida GeForce GTX 1060 with all the latest drivers on everything else.

Here are the codes I get in device manager under hardware:

PCI: PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A324&SUBSYS_86941043&REV_10

SM Bus Controller: PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A323&SUBSYS_86941043&REV_10

Another thing to note is that this issue has not affected my performance at all and is just a small problem I'd like to get out of the way.

PCI Device/PCI Simple communications controller missing

Gents I,ve just done a clean install Win 10 all went fine but in Device Manager under other devices it shows PCI Device/PCI simple comms controller and 2 other unknown devices as missing....I,ve tried to update all through update driver without success...are they important and if so how do I go about installing them.
My laptop is a Lenovo 305 and my Windows version is 21H1 build 19043.1110
