Windows 10: PCI Express X1 USB 2.0 Card with USB 10 Pin

I am looking for a PCI Express X1 USB 2.0 card that has an internal pin out like shown in the attached picture (in yellow). I need this so I can add an extra USB panel to my computer but do not have space left on my board for USB ports. Any recommendations? I prefer X1 type but X16 would as well, if such card would even exist.







I really appreciate the help, I've looked everywhere I can and only find plain PCI cards with this however my board does not have PCI slots. :\

usb 3.0 pci express card overheating

Anyone have any experience with overheating usb ports on usb 3.0 pci express cards?

mine overheats during read/write operations. Initially during data transfer to a usb 3.0 thumb drive, the transfer speed is at max, then it overheats, and the transfer speed drops to usb 2.0 speeds or less or even completely stops.

Please help

 

Windows 10 Compatibility / Drivers for Anker PCI Express USB 3 card

Is there a driver or compatibility issue with Windows 10 when adding in the Anker PCI Express USB 3 card? Where do I find a compatible driver?

 

Since you are in the US, have you tried Newegg? If you can't find it there, it may not exist.

 

I've tried looking but there is so many results to go though. And the regular PCI USB cards that have the 10 pin connector don't even mention it so I can't use keywords to look them up for PCI E X1

 

You'll likely just have to refine the search to PCI-E cards, and then check the photos for each one until you find one. I believe Newegg let's you choose cards that have internal headers and go from there. Or, you may be able to find an adapter.
