No PCI device drivers

I'm trying to install NVIDIA drivers for my GPU and it's not working. I ran a troubleshoot and found I don't have a PCI device driver. I can't find any anywhere and have reinstalled my chipset drivers many times. I'm getting the information:

"Device PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1ADB&SUBSYS_3FF11458&REV_A1\4&1da95f35&0&0319 was configured.

Driver Name: null" in the events tab

And I have the hardware ID:

My specs are Ryzen 5 1600, 2060 super, asus prime b350m-a and I'm using windows 10 64bit

What do I do?! I'm really stressed. I appreciate any help. If you need any more info please just ask.

 

PCI Device Driver













So this has appeared out of the blue a week back I think. This was never there in the first place, not in the past 4-5 years. I did some search and wasn't sure which device this PCI is referring to. I tried downgrading the chipset driver but didn't work. Every driver is up to date but this isn't going away. My question is, what exactly changed suddenly? I never ran into this problem before. For convinience I am adding the Hardware IDs here -

Please let me know what I can do in this situation. I have been getting random Event ID: 100, 200 too, so wondering if this has something to do with it. The whole pc just freezes and nothing works, ctrl+alt+del doesn't work either. The start button, in short everything just freezes and I have to press the restart button to make it usable again. I have just reinstalled OS today but this device driver issue still remains.
