Windows 10: pdf exchange in Windows 10

My pc always asks to install the pdf Exchange app everytime I click a pdf document, I use this constantly and it is a nuisance and time consuming. Is there a way to bypass "allow this program to make changes to my hard drive"?

• doPDF to create PDFs from any program that is capable of printing

• Foxit Reader to view PDFs and to type in them

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Print to PDF missing in Printer List

Hi William,

We suggest that you disable and re-enable the Print to PDF feature. Here are the steps:

• Click on the Start menu and type in Windows Features.
• Choose Turn Windows features on or off.
• On the next window, find Microsoft Print to PDF and disable it. Click
  OK to save changes.
• Restart your PC.
• Repeat the same steps to re-enable Microsoft Print to PDF.
